Maestro is back
Each season as part of the product development process, we go through some amazing stages. The concept building, the swatches, the color stories, the sample collection, the merchandising, Pitti Uomo, made to measure sets, and the list goes on. And while I enjoy each stage thoroughly, thankful for the opportunity to be involved, my favorite part is certainly the times spent with Maestro Leo.
I’ve been to my share of school but the time spent with Leo working on the collection is what I call true education. Man’s a wealth of knowledge both sartorial and living life. Our topics of discussion range from boutique italian mills to thread counts to indian food palate to macedonia and there just doesn’t seem to be enough time.
I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you and even more so to call you my friend.
